5 Stars! “dazzling anime skew on Beauty and the Beast…Belle is also incredibly funny, gear-shifting from soaring uplift and plunging lows to bone-dry comic moments that Hosoda edits perfectly…It’s high time to mention Studio Chizu in the same breath as Studio Ghibli, because this one is an absolute feast.” (Time Out)

5 Stars! “Belle asserts itself as a feast for the heart and senses, mounted in dazzling shows of vision and ambition…Hosoda gives a tale as old as time a ravishing new set of wings: timely, embracing, and potent.” (Total Film)

*Please take note that doors open 30 minutes before showtimes. We encourage people to arrive early. We have a small box office, a small candy bar, and a single-screen cinema, meaning that when most of an audience shows up a few minutes before showtime, it causes a bottleneck. If possible, we appreciate you arriving a little bit early to pick out your seat and get your popcorn. Thanks for your help!

Suzu is a 17-year-old high-school student living in a rural town with her father. Wounded by the loss of her mother at a young age, Suzu one day discovers the massive online world "U" and dives into this alternate reality as her avatar, Belle. Before long, all of U's eyes are fixed on Belle, when, suddenly, a mysterious, dragon-like figure appears before her.
