Parlika

The Ottawa Chapter of the registered charity group Canadian Women for Women in Afghanistan is proud to host a screening of Parlika, a documentary portrait of Suraya Parlika. Her life story depicts the journey of a brave Afghan woman fighting for civil rights and women’s emancipation.
The screening will be followed by a panel of experts that will discuss the current situation in Afghanistan and the need for support from the international community.
