This “entertaining” (Matt’s Movie Reviews)  story of the dysfunctional Weston family, reunited after a family loss is based upon the play by Tracy Letts (Killer Joe) and features a strong all-star cast: Julia Roberts, Meryl Streep, Chris Cooper, Ewan McGregor, Juliette Lewis and Benedict Cumberbatch.
