Just in time for Lunar New Year comes a new martial arts epic directed by legendary, 6x Hong Kong Film Awards winning action choreographer Yeun Woo-Ping (The Matrix, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Kill Bill) starring Wu Jing, Nicholas Tse, and Jet Li!

The film adapts Xianzhe Xu’s comic series and unfolds during China’s Sui Dynasty under Emperor Yang Guang’s oppressive reign. A skilled mercenary navigates the harsh deserts of the Western Regions and becomes entangled in a perilous scheme while completing what initially appears to be a simple escort assignment.
