Jenn and René are proud to present three of their recent short films, OPERATION EX, HOUSE RULES, and BREAKING THE LINE, each of which have been hand-crafted by Ottawa-based creatives. Breaking the Line recently won Best Action Film at the Action Thriller Crime Adventure Film Festival Private Room 2025 in Tbilisi, Georgia.
It’s a high-tension, character-driven action thriller where a detective’s war against a crime syndicate becomes a mother’s battle for her child — raw, gripping, and adrenaline-charged. Doors open at 3:30pm, screening kicks off at 4pm, followed by a question and answer period.

*Please take note that doors open 30 minutes before showtimes. We encourage people to arrive early. We have a small box office, a small candy bar, and a single-screen cinema, meaning that when most of an audience shows up a few minutes before showtime, it causes a bottleneck. If possible, we appreciate you arriving a little bit early to pick out your seat and get your popcorn. Thanks for your help!
