To avenge his brother’s death, ex-con Dwayne Johnson (when did we stop calling him “The Rock?”) must run down a killer while out-running a tenacious lawman (Billy Bob Thornton) and a hitman. Which leaves him with just one option: jettison anything weighing him down (like plot) and go faster!
