“delightful, feel good movie…It’s the type of film that leaves you walking on air with terrific performances, a positive message, and a beautiful story with easy to like characters” (Screen Zealots)

“bursts with charm and heart…With this film, Maurice has shown what she can do with a tender story. But with the discovery of Hope Hill, she’s launched a future star.” (The Globe And Mail)

“contagiously delightful tale” (Digital Journal)

*Please take note that doors open 30 minutes before showtimes. We encourage people to arrive early. We have a small box office, a small candy bar, and a single-screen cinema, meaning that when most of an audience shows up a few minutes before showtime, it causes a bottleneck. If possible, we appreciate you arriving a little bit early to pick out your seat and get your popcorn. Thanks for your help!

When Rosie's Mom dies she needs somewhere to live. The only relative to be found is Fred (Frédérique) - tough, street-smart, and currently working in a sex shop, though not for long. Her two best friends - who refuse to be restricted by gender - are Flo and Mo; they are loyal to the core and Fred's own chosen family. When the adult store goes up in flames the colourful foursome must do what they have to to survive. A quirky family of fringe dwellers is born!
